Alabama Power Company, a corporation, and Robert G. Middleton to recover damages on account of the death of her husband, who
died following a collision between the automobile he was driving and a truck owned by Alabama Power Company, which was being
operated at the time of the collision by Robert Middleton, an employee of Alabama Power Company, who was admittedly acting
within the line and scope of his employment at the time of the collision.
